Polyclonal antibody service（2-3 months）

1. Animal: rabbit
2. Antigen provided by customers should be more than 5mg and above 90% purity, which is verified in sds-page. If the project fails, the responsibilities are on customer’s shoulders if the antigen provided cannot meet the standard.
3. Immunize rabbits several times, titers are measured each time. All data will be given to the customer at the end of the project.
   Provide 20ml antiserum after the last immunization. If more antiserum is needed, the price will rise proportionally. If serum before immunization is needed, notifications should be pre-made with an increased fee of 300RMB. We usually provide 1-2ml pre-immunized serum.
4. Verification method: ELISA test
5. Verification standard: Antigen is specially recognized by the antiserum. And we only guarantee specialized recognition of antigens provided by the customer.
6. If antiserum of mice or other animals is required, the prices can be differential and further contact is needed.
7. Prices listed above are confined in rabbit antiserum production.

2. Animal: five 6-8 week-old BALB/C mice;
3. Antigen provided by customers should be more than 7mg and above 90% purity, which is verified in sds-page. If the project fails, the responsibilities are on customer’s shoulders if the antigen provided cannot meet the standard.
4. Immunization goes for several times, titers are measured each time by ELISA.

6. Verification standard: Antigen is specially recognized by the antiserum. Titer of antiserum is above 1:10,000
7. After customer confirmation, we goes into step 2, or else the contract is terminated.

1. Fusion of immunized spleen cell with myeloma. After selective cloning, we ultimately provide 2-3 cloned hybridoma and their corresponding hybridoma supernatant, or ascites in limited amount. Report of hybridoma establishment is offered( including fusion, cloning, antibody titer and subtype of the antibody)
2. Verification method: ELISA test
3. Verification standard: Antigen is specially recognized by the ascites or supernatant. And we only guarantee specialized recognition of antigens provided by the customer.
4. Final provision: 2-3 hybridoma clones and corresponding ascites or supernatant, with their verification report(including subtypes)
